The dressing

hummus

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoon
balsamic vinegar

maple syrup

lemon juice

minced garlic

Instructions
- Cook quinoa in water by bringing to a boil, then simmering covered until fully cooked.
- Let quinoa cool for at least 15 minutes.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
- Massage kale with olive oil in a large salad bowl until it brightens and softens.
- Add strawberries, cucumber, onion, basil, and feta to the kale and toss.
- Incorporate the cooled quinoa into the salad and mix well.
- Add the Salad Pizazz and toss again.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator before serving.
