Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a small baking sheet with foil.
- In a bowl, combine the diced peaches and blackberries with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and ginger, then toss to mix.
- Divide the fruit mixture into 2 ramekins or small baking dishes.
- In another bowl, mix the topping ingredients: flour, sugar, brown sugar, chopped pecans, and cinnamon.
- Add the cold butter to the topping mixture and use your hands to combine until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Spread the topping evenly over the fruit in the ramekins.
- Place the ramekins on the foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is browned.
- Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving, optionally with a scoop of ice cream.
