Ingredients

The brownie crust

  • 1 batch favorite brownie batter

The filling

  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • ½ cup eggs (about 1 ½ eggs)

The toppings

  • to taste whipped cream
  • to taste chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie batter and pour it into tart pans, making a thin layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes and let cool.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the melted chocolate.
  3. Incorporate the eggs gradually while mixing, then increase speed to fluff the mixture.
  4. Pour the chocolate mousse over the cooled brownies and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
