Tuna Fish Patties

chunk light tuna, in water, drained

low fat plain yogurt

whole wheat bread crumbs

sliced green olives

sliced kalamata olives

green onion, sliced

fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the tuna mixture into the pan to form patties.
- Cook the patties for about 5 minutes until golden and firm enough to flip.
- Flip the patties delicately and cook the other side for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
- Serve as is or in a hamburger bun or pita bread, garnished with yogurt or sour cream if desired.
