Ingredients

The porridge

  • cup cooked brown rice and quinoa
  • cup soy or almond milk
  • 1 tsp Natvia
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Toppings

  • to taste blueberries
  • to taste raspberries
  • to taste flaked almonds
  • to taste rice malt syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Serve topped with blueberries, raspberries, flaked almonds, and rice malt syrup.
