Instructions
- Dry the almond pulp if not already done, using a dehydrator or oven.
- Pulse the dried almond pulp in a food processor to create a flour-like texture.
- Measure 1 cup of almond pulp flour using the scoop and swipe method.
- Combine the almond pulp flour with coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt in the food processor.
- Pulse until a sticky, uniform batter forms.
- Scoop the batter into bite-sized balls using a tablespoon.
- Roll the balls between your hands to smooth them out.
- Arrange the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press dark chocolate chips into each ball.
- Place the baking sheet in the fridge or freezer to set, about 10 minutes.
