Easy Mexican Taco Meatloaf

The seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a loaf pan with ghee or oil.
- Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, half of the salsa, eggs, and the seasoning mix, and mix well.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape in the loaf pan and pour the remaining salsa on top.
- Bake in the oven for 80-90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
