Ingredients

The mixture

  • ½ cup natural salted peanut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut flour or almond flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla

The coating

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • to taste sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, flour, maple syrup, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls and place them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips with the coconut oil.
  4. Dip the chilled balls in the melted white chocolate and add sprinkles.
  5. Store in the refrigerator.
