The coating

Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, flour, maple syrup, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into balls and place them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips with the coconut oil.
- Dip the chilled balls in the melted white chocolate and add sprinkles.
- Store in the refrigerator.
