Instructions
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by chopping garlic, cucumber, and dill in a food processor.
- Add yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, and dill to the processor and blend. Season with salt and refrigerate for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Place the pita breads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, domed side down.
- Spread 1-2 tablespoons of tzatziki on each pita, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Layer shredded chicken, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and oregano over the toppings.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the feta is golden.
- Garnish with fresh dill and red chili flakes before cutting into quarters and serving.
