Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine the Instant Pudding Mix with the almond flour and baking powder.
- 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, melted ghee, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- 5. Drop the cookie dough by rounded spoonfuls onto the lined baking sheet and flatten them slightly.
- 6. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.
