Salmon Stir-Fry

Instructions
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and marinate in ¼ cup stir fry sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large skillet and sauté onions and garlic over medium heat.
- Add bell pepper and green beans or broccoli to the skillet along with the remaining stir fry sauce, cooking until the vegetables start to soften.
- Remove the vegetables and cook the salmon with the marinade until cooked through.
- Combine the salmon and vegetables, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately, topped with scallions and sesame seeds if desired.
