Easy Chocolate Chia Pudding with Strawberries

Ingredients

Pudding Base

  • 2 cups plant-based milk, plain, unsweetened
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Toppings

  • cups strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine plant-based milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla in a mixing bowl, stirring well.
  2. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Remove from refrigerator and spoon ¼ cup of pudding into 4 serving dishes or jars.
  4. Layer each dish with ¼ cup of sliced strawberries.
  5. Spoon a final layer of ¼ cup pudding onto each serving dish and garnish with remaining strawberries.
  6. Serve immediately.
