Homemade Spinach-Basil Pasta

Ingredients
The pasta

egg

water

spinach leaves

basil leaves

flour
For serving

extra virgin olive oil
to taste
fresh lemon juice
to taste
Parmesan cheese
to taste
kosher salt
to taste
fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
Combine egg, water, spinach, and basil in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Add flour and pulse until the dough forms a ball.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface or silicone mat and roll it out thinly.
Cut the rolled dough into thin strips and let them sit for about 20 minutes.
Boil salted water in a large pot and add the pasta, cooking for 5-7 minutes.
Drain the pasta and toss it with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
