Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain.
- 2. While the pasta is cooking, brown the meat in a separate pan and drain excess fat.
- 3. Mix the spinach into the cooked meat until it wilts.
- 4. Stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted.
- 5. Combine the cooked pasta with the meat and spinach mixture.
- 6. Add the diced tomatoes and mix well.
