Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain.

- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in the spinach, peas, basil, and pepper, cooking until the spinach wilts and peas are warm.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sausage mixture.
- Add lemon juice and ricotta cheese, stirring until well mixed.
