Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

The sauce and vegetables

sliced mushrooms

beef gravy

beef broth

cornstarch

chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into 6 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Place mushrooms and onion in the slow cooker and add the browned patties on top.
- Pour gravy and beef broth over the patties, cover, and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
- Remove patties and keep warm.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add to the slow cooker, cooking on HIGH for 3-5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Serve the patties topped with the sauce and garnish with parsley.
