Easy Homemade Salisbury Steak

Instructions
- Combine the beef, almond flour, egg, salt, pepper, and ¼ cup of beef broth in a bowl and mix well to form 5 large patties.
- Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, then add the sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the remaining beef broth, coconut aminos, arrowroot starch, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, and mustard powder until well combined.
- Pour the broth mixture into the skillet, scraping the bottom to incorporate any browned bits, and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and let it thicken for 3-5 minutes.
- Return the beef patties to the skillet, nestling them in the gravy, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve the patties topped with gravy and optional parsley.
