Instructions
- Mix the ground beef with almond flour, sugar-free ketchup, Dijon mustard, sea salt, and black pepper until combined, then shape into four patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until done, then keep warm.
- In the same skillet, sauté diced onions in butter until soft, then add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Add beef broth, sugar-free ketchup, sea salt, and pepper; bring to a boil, then simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in cream cheese until the gravy is smooth, then return the patties to the pan and spoon gravy over them, cooking until warm.
