Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into 1 to 2 inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes with olive oil and all the spices, tossing until well coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
- Roast the potatoes for 40 minutes, or until they are golden brown and blistered.
