Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into ½ inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, chili powder, and salt, then toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until soft and slightly browned.
