Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl to create spicy mayo.
- Combine soy sauce, lime juice, and lemon juice in another small bowl to make ponzu sauce.
- In a medium bowl, combine chopped cucumbers, avocado, and pickled ginger; season with salt and lemon juice.
- Add the smoked salmon to the cucumber mixture and toss gently with ponzu sauce.
- Spread spicy mayo on toasted bread, top with salmon mixture, drizzle with remaining ponzu, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and seaweed.
