Ingredients

The base and trunk

  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 package sliced salami

The layers

  • 1 package white cheddar cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 jar green olives, drained
  • 1 cup red grapes

The decorations

  • ΒΌ cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 1 fresh pineapple, skinned and sliced
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Prepare a clean rectangular cutting board.
  2. Place the celery stalk on the board to create the trunk of the tree.
  3. Layer the salami slices to form the base of the tree.
  4. Add layers of cubed cheese (or apple), olives, more salami, and top with grapes.
  5. Cut a star shape from a slice of pineapple and place it at the top of the tree.
  6. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top.
