Ingredients

  • 8 oz Brie (whole wheel)
  • ½ cup Pomegranate seeds
  • cups Gluten free crackers
  • 8 oz Sliced cheese (sharp cheddar and white cheddar)
  • 1 cup Pimento stuffed olives
  • 1 cup Mini dill pickles
  • 8 oz Charcuterie meat (salami and prosciutto)
  • 2 cups Fruit (apples, kiwis, and grapes)
  • 1 cup Mixed nuts (pecans, pistachios, and cashews)
  • to taste none Rosemary sprigs (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut a star-shaped hole in the middle of the brie and fill it with pomegranate seeds.
  2. Place the crackers at the bottom of the board to form the tree stump.
  3. Arrange the sliced cheese, olives, and pickles throughout the board to create the tree shape.
  4. Add the charcuterie meats to fill in larger gaps.
  5. Distribute the fruit and nuts around the board to fill any remaining spaces.
  6. Garnish with rosemary sprigs if desired.
