  • 4 ounces Genoa salami

The cheese

  • 1 (5 ounce) log chevre
  • 1 (8 ounce) wedge Gouda sliced
  • 1 (4 ounce) wedge Roquefort blue cheese
  • 4 ounces Cheddar cheese cubed

The spreads

  • 1 jar orange marmalade
  • 1 jar wholegrain mustard

The fillers

  • to taste olives
  • to taste red grapes
  • to taste apple slices (mix of red and green)
  • to taste pomegranate seeds
  • to taste cucumbers sliced
  • to taste Marcona almonds or other nuts
  • to taste toasted baguette slices
  • to taste flatbread crackers or pretzels

Instructions

  1. Select a board or space for your tree and outline it with rosemary sprigs.
  2. Arrange the meats in slices, rolls, or roses along the edges.
  3. Pair the meats with complementary cheeses and continue shaping the tree.
  4. Add bowls of jams, mustards, and olives to fill in gaps.
  5. Fill remaining spaces with dried fruit, nuts, crackers, and other items.
  6. Rearrange rosemary sprigs to resemble tree branches and add the tree topper and trunk.
