Instructions
- Cut the pear in half lengthwise to form the turkey body, and use cheddar cheese for the nose and legs.
- Use mini chocolate chips for the turkey's eyes and position the body on a serving board.
- Arrange the rolled or folded charcuterie meats around the pear to create feathers.
- Place pimento stuffed olives, pickles, and cranberry sauce in small bowls and distribute them on the board.
- Add the sliced cheeses throughout the board.
- Fill in gaps with the fall fruits and vegetables.
- Complete the board by adding crackers and nuts to fill any remaining spaces.
