Instructions
- Mix the flour, oil, and salt in a heavy-duty mixer until crumbly.
- Gradually add warm water while mixing until the dough is smooth.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each into a ball.
- Let the dough balls rest for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Roll each ball into an 8 to 10-inch circle.
- Cook each tortilla in the skillet until puffy and slightly brown, about 30 to 45 seconds per side.
- Cool the tortillas slightly before serving or storing.
