Instructions

  4. Cook the bacon in the oven for 10-20 minutes, depending on thickness.
  5. Rotate the tray halfway through cooking and monitor closely to prevent burning.
  6. Once done, place the bacon on paper towels to drain excess grease.
  7. Carefully pour the bacon grease into a jar or glass container for storage.
