How to Cook Bacon
Instructions

- Bake until bacon reaches desired doneness, starting to check at 10 minutes (usually about 15 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
- For stove-top cooking, arrange bacon in a cold skillet in a single layer. Turn heat to medium and cook, flipping often, until browned (8 to 15 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
- For air fryer, preheat to 350°F if required. Add 5-6 strips of bacon and fry for 7 to 10 minutes for regular bacon or 10 to 12 minutes for thick-cut. Drain on paper towels.
- For microwave, line a plate with 2 layers of paper towels, add bacon in a single layer, and cover with 2 more layers of paper towels. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, checking every 30 seconds until desired doneness.
