How to Cook Bacon on a Sheet Pan
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
- Lay the bacon in a single layer on a rimmed sheet pan, avoiding overlap.
- Transfer the pan to the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
- Check the bacon and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or more, checking every 2 minutes until crispy.
- Once the bacon is cooked to your liking, remove it from the oven.
- Transfer the bacon to a paper-towel lined plate to drain.
