Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
  2. Lay the bacon in a single layer on a rimmed sheet pan, avoiding overlap.
  3. Transfer the pan to the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Check the bacon and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or more, checking every 2 minutes until crispy.
  5. Once the bacon is cooked to your liking, remove it from the oven.
  6. Transfer the bacon to a paper-towel lined plate to drain.
