Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment or foil and place an ovenproof rack on top, greasing it lightly with nonstick spray.
- Arrange the raw bacon in a single layer on the rack or directly on the greased foil.
- Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on desired crispness.
- Once done, transfer the bacon to a paper-towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease.
- Let it cool slightly before serving or using in dishes.
