Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Grease a 9-inch by 5-inch loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, until the top rises and cracks.
- Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
