Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare a loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, sugar, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan before slicing.
