Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter a 13 by 9-inch baking dish.
- For the crust, cream together butter, sugar, and salt until combined, then add flour and mix until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden.
- For the filling, whisk together sugar, flour, and salt in a bowl. Mix in lemon juice, orange juice, and lemon zest shortly before the crust is done.
- Add eggs, egg yolks, and heavy cream to the filling mixture and whisk until well blended.
- Pour the filling over the hot crust, reduce the oven temperature to 325°F, and bake for another 20-25 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
- Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
