Classic Lemon Bars

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- 2. Beat the butter until fluffy, then mix in the powdered sugar.
- 3. Gradually add the flour, mixing well, and add a pinch of salt.
- 4. Press the dough into the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch pan and bake until golden, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 5. In another bowl, beat the sugar with the eggs until blended.
- 6. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, baking powder, flour, and salt, and mix until well combined.
- 7. Pour the filling over the hot crust and bake until the filling is set and begins to brown, about 20 minutes.
- 8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
