The glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
- Whisk together the flour and powdered sugar, then cut in the butter until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until light golden around the edges.
- In the last few minutes of baking, mix the eggs, lemon juice, flour, sugar, and baking powder until very pale yellow.
- Pour the filling over the warm crust and return to the oven for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden brown.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before whisking together the glaze ingredients and spreading over the bars.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares to serve.
