Lemon Bars

The crust

The filling

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Mix the flour, powdered sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.
- While the crust is baking, whisk together the eggs, sugar, flour, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half-and-half until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the hot crust and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the center is set.
- Cool on a wire rack, dust with powdered sugar, and cut into bars.
