Instructions
- Create direct and indirect zones on the grill by moving charcoal or turning on/off gas burners.
- Soak the cedar planks for up to 30 minutes before use.
- Preheat the grill to 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the salmon on the soaked cedar planks, then add the BBQ rub and pats of butter.
- Cook the cedar planked salmon on the indirect side of the grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
