Ingredients

  • 1 lb Wild Sockeye Salmon
  • 4 pieces cedar planks
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 tbsp Sunshine State of Mind Craft BBQ Rub

Instructions

  1. Create direct and indirect zones on the grill by moving charcoal or turning on/off gas burners.
  2. Soak the cedar planks for up to 30 minutes before use.
  3. Preheat the grill to 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Place the salmon on the soaked cedar planks, then add the BBQ rub and pats of butter.
  5. Cook the cedar planked salmon on the indirect side of the grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
