Instructions
- Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Prepare the strawberry salsa and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, ancho chili powder, and salt.
- Pat the salmon dry and place it skin-side down on the cedar plank.
- Rub the spice mixture over the flesh side of the salmon.
- Place the cedar plank with salmon on the grill grates and grill for 8-11 minutes, checking for flare-ups.
- Once the salmon is flaky, remove it from the grill and let it sit for 2 minutes.
- Top with strawberry salsa and serve.
