Instructions
- Soak the cedar plank in water for at least one hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400 degrees).
- Place the salmon on the cedar plank, skin side down if applicable.
- Rub olive oil over the salmon and season with the spices, reserving the brown sugar for later.
- Rub the spices into the fish for better flavor penetration.
- Grill the salmon for 12-15 minutes until the center turns opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 135-140 degrees.
