Honey Garlic Cedar Plank Salmon

salmon (or four 4oz filets), skin removed

cedar plank boards (7″x12″)

The honey garlic sauce

garlic, minced

tablespoon
dijon mustard

honey

tablespoon
chopped fresh rosemary

tablespoon
fresh thyme

salt and pepper

tablespoons
unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, dijon mustard, honey, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and melted butter.
- Preheat half of the grill to medium-high heat, about 375-400°F.
- Place the salmon skin side down on the cedar plank and season with the honey garlic sauce. Top with lemon slices.
- Put the cedar plank with the salmon over the indirect heat side of the grill and cover.
- Grill for 20-25 minutes, until the salmon is flaky or reaches an internal temperature of 135°F.
- Remove from the grill and serve.
