Instructions
- Soak cedar planks in water for 30 minutes before using.
- Prepare your grill by creating direct and indirect cooking zones.
- Place the soaked cedar planks on the indirect side of the grill and maintain a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes.
- Cook the salmon until it reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit, then remove from the grill.
