Ingredients

The salmon

  • 2 planks Cedar planks
  • 5 oz. Salmon (wild sockeye)
  • 1 lemon Lemon, cut in half

The seasoning

  • 7.6 oz. Dizzy Pig BBQ Tsunami Spin Rub Spice (or rub of your choice, or compound butter)

Instructions

  1. Soak cedar planks in water for 30 minutes before using.
  2. Prepare your grill by creating direct and indirect cooking zones.
  3. Place the soaked cedar planks on the indirect side of the grill and maintain a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes.
  4. Cook the salmon until it reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit, then remove from the grill.
