Instructions
- Whisk together the ingredients for the orange miso glaze in a small pot over low heat until combined and slightly reduced.
- Coat the pork chops with olive oil and rub the BBQ rub on all sides.
- Prepare the grill with direct and indirect heat. Cook the pork on indirect heat until it reaches 135°F, then sear on direct heat for 2-3 minutes per side until char marks form and it reaches 140°F.
- Return the pork to indirect heat, add the miso glaze, and cook until it reaches 145°F. Tent with foil for 10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with finely chopped green onions before serving.
