Ingredients

Marinade

  • ¼ – ⅓ cup orange marmalade
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • ¼ cup light olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • to taste Kosher salt
  • to taste black pepper

Pork Chops

  • ½ – ⅔ cup chopped onion
  • 3–4 bone-in pork chops
  • Optional Garnish: fresh rosemary, orange slices, balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1. Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and add the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the chopped onions for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the marinated pork chops and the remaining marinade to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, spooning the marinade over the chops while cooking.
  4. 4. Remove the pork chops from heat and serve with extra marinade on top. Optionally garnish with orange slices, fresh rosemary, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
