Pork Chops

Instructions
- 1. Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and add the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the chopped onions for 2-3 minutes.
- 3. Add the marinated pork chops and the remaining marinade to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, spooning the marinade over the chops while cooking.
- 4. Remove the pork chops from heat and serve with extra marinade on top. Optionally garnish with orange slices, fresh rosemary, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
