Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing molasses, orange juice concentrate, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt.
- Place the marinade and pork chops in a bag, seal it, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 7 minutes on each side until cooked through and the marinade thickens into a sauce.
- Discard any extra marinade from the bag and serve the chops hot.
