Ingredients

The pork chops

  • 2 lbs thick-cut pork chops

The marinade

  • ¼ cup molasses
  • ¼ cup orange juice concentrate
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing molasses, orange juice concentrate, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Place the marinade and pork chops in a bag, seal it, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 7 minutes on each side until cooked through and the marinade thickens into a sauce.
  5. Discard any extra marinade from the bag and serve the chops hot.
