Orange-Sage Pork Chops

Instructions
- Season the pork chops with pepper and salt.
- Melt 2 Tbsp of butter spread in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and cook for about 4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Transfer the pork chops to a plate and cover with foil to rest for at least 3 minutes.
- In the meantime, whisk together 1 Tbsp of broth with cornstarch and mix in the remaining broth, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey.
- Reduce the skillet temperature to medium and melt the remaining butter spread.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until golden.
- Pour in the orange juice mixture, scraping the bottom of the skillet to loosen browned bits, and bring to a boil while whisking.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for about 1 minute, stirring frequently.
- Stir in orange zest and sage, then return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.
- Serve warm.
