The Ice Cream Filling
Instructions
- Line two 9-inch square pans with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry brownie ingredients. In another bowl, melt the butter and chocolate, then combine with eggs and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and spread the batter in the lined pans, pressing down with parchment paper.
- Bake the brownies for 12-14 minutes and let them cool for 10 minutes.
- Soften the ice cream, scoop it onto one brownie layer, and add the second brownie layer on top.
- Freeze until solid, then slice into 9 bars.
