Ingredients

The chickpeas

  • 1 15-ounce can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

The seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas in a fine mesh strainer.
  2. Pat the chickpeas dry with a clean towel.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with olive oil and the spices.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook at 390°F for 18 minutes until crispy and slightly browned.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
