Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF.
- Drain, rinse, and dry the chickpeas thoroughly.
- In a bowl, drizzle the chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, and stir to coat.
- Transfer the chickpeas to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 400ºF for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for a golden color; add a minute or two if needed.
- Serve warm immediately for the best texture.
