Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add sliced butter to the dry mixture, coat, and smash into smaller pieces before chilling.
- Incorporate buttermilk into the butter mixture, knead lightly, and shape into a square before rolling out and stacking.
- Preheat the oven and prepare the dough by cutting it into rectangles and squares, then chill before baking.
- Prepare garlic butter while biscuits are baking.
- Brush garlic butter over baked biscuits and sprinkle with Parmesan.
