Homemade Gluten Free Buttermilk Biscuits with Garlic

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- 2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- 3. In another bowl, whisk together melted or soft butter and buttermilk.
- 4. Fold the buttermilk mixture into the dry ingredients and add the grated parmesan.
- 5. Mix with hands until a dough forms.
- 6. Prepare the garlic puree by combining garlic, oil, and salt in a saucepan over medium-high heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 7. Puree the garlic mixture with a splash of milk or cream in a food processor or blender.
- 8. Mix the garlic puree into the biscuit dough.
- 9. Use a ¼ cup measuring cup to scoop the dough, press it flat, and flip it onto a greased baking sheet.
- 10. Repeat for the remaining dough, then bake for 20-22 minutes until golden.
- 11. Remove from the oven and coat each biscuit with melted butter.
